| MICROSTEED |
MicroSteed is a computer-based rationing program that allows equine specialists at Elenbaas and their qualified dealers to produce nutrionally balanced rations specifically for your horses' needs to provide optimum nutrition.
This interactive program enables users to select variables pertaining to their horses' activity level, age, breed, etc. Then, those characteristics, along with the current ration information are compared to requirements determined by the National Research Council and Kentucky Equine Research to conclude if the animals' are receiving optimum nutrition. If certain nutrients are lacking, ingredients can be added, removed, or changed to reach the correct amounts, whether your horse is participating in 3-day eventing or western pleasure.
The program contains nutrient information on tested feed ingredients in the Pacific Northwest, and can be altered to include your individual hay through laboratory analysis. Contact us or your local Elenbaas dealer to learn more about forage testing programs provided through Elenbaas.
